The board and its committees set policy, manage the budget, and run the year's events — elected by and accountable to the membership.

    Board

    The elected governing body. Meets monthly, approves the budget, ratifies committee appointments.

    Standing

    Plans cultural events, recitals, and the annual gala. Coordinates with House Committee on bookings.

    Oversees the annual budget, audits, and quarterly financials. Reports to the Board.

    Reviews new member applications, manages categories, handles complaints and disciplinary matters.

    Programmes fixtures, court bookings, and sub-club sports activities. Currently being constituted.

  • Audit Sub-committee

    Independent review of the club's books each quarter. Reports findings to the Board via Finance.

    Ad hoc

    Temporary task force for the 2026 Diwali celebration. Disbands after the event review.
