This policy explains what personal data Fumitsuu One (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects when you use our platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully.
Fumitsuu One is a recruitment and event management platform. When we refer to “the platform” we mean the website and any related services operated under the Fumitsuu One brand.

Account information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. Organisation admins additionally provide their organisation name and contact details.
Profile information
Candidates may optionally add a profile picture, biography, links, and other details to improve their visibility to recruiters on the platform.
Event and ticket data
When you purchase a ticket we record the event, ticket tier, purchase date, and transaction reference. Payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.
Usage data
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and aggregate analytics only.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token cookie for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We share your data only in the following circumstances:
Service providers
We use Razorpay for payment processing and Resend for transactional email delivery. Both act as data processors under our instructions and are contractually bound to protect your data.
Organisations you interact with
When you purchase a ticket to an event or apply for a vacancy, the hosting organisation can see the profile information you have chosen to make visible, your name, and your email address for communication purposes.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance reasons (for example, transaction records which we retain for 7 years).

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Fumitsuu One is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
