These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fumitsuu One platform. By creating an account or using any part of the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform. By using the platform you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@fumitsuu.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not share your account, create accounts for others without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Ticket purchases
When you purchase a ticket you are entering into an agreement with the hosting organisation. Fumitsuu One acts as the technology platform facilitating the transaction. Ticket availability, pricing, and any event-specific terms are set by the organisation.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined by the hosting organisation's policy for each event. Where an event is cancelled by the organisation, affected ticket holders will be notified and eligible for a full refund. Fumitsuu One is not liable for losses arising from event cancellations or changes made by organisations.
Check-in
Your QR ticket is personal to you and must not be transferred unless the hosting organisation explicitly permits transfers. Fumitsuu One is not responsible for admission decisions made by event staff.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not store payment card details. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Organisations are solely responsible for the accuracy of event listings, vacancy descriptions, and any communications with candidates. Fumitsuu One does not endorse or verify the legitimacy of any organisation, event, or vacancy listed on the platform.
Organisations must not use candidate data obtained through the platform for purposes other than evaluating those candidates for the specific event or vacancy to which they responded. Selling or sharing candidate data to third parties is strictly prohibited.
The Fumitsuu One name, logo, platform design, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting content to the platform (such as organisation descriptions, event listings, or profile information) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for the purposes of operating the platform.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, organisation, or third party on or off the platform, or for the outcome of any recruitment process facilitated through it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fumitsuu One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) £100.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by updating the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
